April 17th Project Day

DLNR’s native garden just footsteps away from their building has fallen into a neglected weed patch. You can play a part in helping promote native plant awareness and revive DLNR’s image. Come join us at 1151 Punchbowl street( behind Honolulu Hale) from 8:00-12:30 on Sunday april 17th. We expect to be removing weeds trimming back large native plants and possibly creating hand painted signs. Bring Shoes, gardening clothes, sunscreen and a hat. DLNR has tools, but feel free to bring your own tools.   Bring your friends and we can work together to rehabilitate this native garden. Please don’t forget to visit opportunity resources for maps, and waivers.  Contact Bryson at bwong13@punahou.edu if you’re planning on attending! Thanks for you interest!
